Digital etiquette is the basic rules and regulations to follow when conducting yourself online to make the experience pleasurable for everyone.
10 digital etiquette tips to follow:
1:Always consider the fact that people you did not intended the message for might see it, so never send anything that could make you look bad, messages can always be saved or forwarded.
2: Emails sent from the company can be linked back to the company, it can reflected positively or negatively on the company. It also be seen as the company’s property.
3: Avoid offensive comments. Anything obscene, libelous, offensive or racist does not belong in a company email, even as a joke.

4: Keep the message natural tone, keep in mind that you do not of facial expressions or hand gestures over an email. So if you use emotional text and tone it can be very misleading and create misunderstanding.
5: Do not share private messages without the originals senders consent.
6: Keep your emails as professional as possible, this is the impression you will give people of yourself and your company, if you are not carful you could come across as stupid.
7: Do not be impeccant in waiting or a replay. It could take time for the person to know what to say.
8: Keep previous messages as proof or if you need to go back and take a look at something again.
9: Don't type in all CAPS. It's perceived as YELLING. However, don't write with only small letters, as this is perceived as your being lazy, because it makes it more difficult for people to read.
10: Writer clear headings for each email so it makes it possible to quickly find the one you are looking for.
